Meet Bo Sanchez (How I Came To Know About Bo Sanchez)

To be truly rich is to be wealthy in all areas of your life: Love, Family, Spirituality
I grew up thinking of myself as a loser. I never thought I have something to offer in life because I'm clouded with self-pity, frustrations and worthlessness.  Now, I realize this is being unfair to the One who empowered me with strength and blessings to go forth and be the best of what I can be. I have my family to thank for and the opportunities waiting to be acknowledged and put into use.

Late bloomer as I am, I used to read inspirational and self-help books in the areas of spirituality, personality, leadership and emotional growth. I have read "Hope for the Flowers" by Trina Paulus, "The Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren, "I'm Ok, You're Ok" by Thomas A. Harris to name a few.

I started reading the books of Bo Sanchez January of 2004 and today I still remain addicted reading his other books.  I think I have more than 10 collections of his books.

I like Bo Sanchez' style of writing -- simple yet straight to the point.  He is a type of writer who puts personal touch and experiences to all of his writings which tend to make the readers relate easily to his stories and in the messages he wanted to convey.  Readers can actually have a glimpse of Bo's personality through his books.

In my personal opinion, Bo Sanchez is a type of person who wants inspire people to be the best of what they can be.  And this encompasses growth in all areas of their life -- whether emotionally, physically, spiritually, financially and in social aspect. He can effortlessly persuade the readers to think, believe and act based on the realities and scriptural aspect of life. .

Because of his books I also became a follower of Bo Sanchez' preaching and talks aired over the radio and television. In September 2011, I finally saw Bo Sanchez in person during a "Truly Rich Seminar" and "How to Invest in Stocks Seminar".  And just this month, which is December 3, to be exact, our family attended for the first time "The Feast" held every Sunday at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) through his Light of Jesus group, which celebrated a Mass and a preaching on various values of life. .And I'll tell you it was really a different kind of experience.

I can honestly say that because of his inspirational books and preaching, I started to dream and pursue my vision again. I started to regard myself as valuable, and believe that I can contribute something to the universe and leave my indelible mark.

Through Bo Sanchez, I was also able to know and be referred to people who can help improve my financial literacy.  I am now in the process of getting to know more about online marketing through Filipino Internet Guru -- Jomar Hilario and the advantages of venturing into buying and selling foreclosed properties through Millionaire Entrepreneur -- Larry Gamboa.

Taking baby steps as required by education, I started browsing through the internet and reading books and materials of these two Gurus. I know someday, I will also be able meet the two mentors just like Bo Sanchez whom I only knew before through his writings.

I love hanging around with my family, bond with them, travel and explore the various aspects and levels of relationships as well as the gifts of nature.  Readers of my site will be seeing and experiencing more of these people I admire: Preacher and Author - Bo Sanchez, Internet Marketing Guru - Jomar Hilario and Real-Estate Entrepreneur - Larry Gamboa.

Badminton is the only sports I play. My dream is to be able to work from home and become an Online Marketer.  This will eventually become my main source of income and enable me to have more time with my family.  Later on, I also want to create a passive income through a business like opportunities in foreclosed properties to make it as a source of income for my investments.

I look forward to a continuous personal learning and growth. I aspire to serve God through a ministry and I am praying that everything I do now is leading me to that goal. I dream of seeing my kids successful in their own choices of careers and serving those who are in need. God is good. God is Great. His love is overflowing.

FOR MY KIDS

I realize that sometimes, I maybe keeping my hands full by taking responsibilities for my four kids that I remain oblivious of the other people around me. Having no helper (just a laundrywoman who also cleans the house 3 times a week), I do the cooking, prepare the kids’ daily baon, take care of the needs of the 2 youngest kids, check their daily assignments, and answer their daily queries.

My twins, who are now in their teens, have a world of their own. They now have their own choices of music, videos, shows, dresses and accessories and even friends.  They even have “secrets” and things, which to them are “untouchables”. The 'unico hijo' is the most reliable and dependable living up to his being the only gentleman among the roses.  While the youngest is the ever inquisitive, intelligent, sweet and lively companion. No dull moment with this young lass.

It feels good that the kids still remain dependent on us, their parents. But I know, and it saddens me a bit, that someday, somehow, my husband and I will have to let go and let them decide on their own. Charrr (excuse me lang Melai), matagal pa sana yun.

It;s just a consolation that right now, we are still enjoying the most of what we have.  Four kids, with 4 different personalities, 4 different goals & aspirations in life, 4 different values & priorities, 4 different skills & talents & 4 different styles of “kalokohan”.

Techie Life

For some, it may be difficult to intrude into the world wide web (www) -- or simply put, the internet world -- when one is not really a "techie person".

Nowadays, there are vast array of networking sites to choose from..  And  vast array of gadgets to choose from ranging from simple desk top, laptop, touch screen, ipod, ipad, and iphone to name a few. And if one is a newbie in the use of computers or is not familiar using the internet sites, they will precisely be caught in the confusion of various internet terminologies, as well as on the functions, uses and specific purposes of each internet sites.

In sending applications or finding jobs online, for instance, more often than not, applicants are required with too many papers, specifications and details which often leave applicants to drop off their applications online leaving their dreams hanging and unfulfilled.  They rather do it personally than be confused with alien computer applications.

Awareness, information, education and skills are needed to be in the world of internet and social networking activities.  Patience, therefore, is an important virtue needed to learn the techniques involved in using the tools in  internet.

TECHIE life is all part of our Universe....there's no turning back. So, we might as well take advantage and learn from it,

There are secrets for sure in learning the techniques.  And this involves being mentored by techie experts to see us through while we are taking baby steps in learning.  It also involves finances to pay for training and seminars to upgrade our skills and personal commitment to pursue our dream to be part of the growing demand, population, continuous upgrading of technology and possible source of income to some.

Never too late to rush in......

I have a dream....a vision which just stayed in my mind for more than three (3) decades.  Although the dream was very clear in my thoughts, I never pushed for the things, the people and the events that may have helped me realize that dream.

Maybe part of hampering the actualization of that dream were based on the influences from my past experiences.  Statements that we were poor, we can't afford, we were unskilled, we were not good enough, etc.

But as circumstances and fate would have it, there was this person who somehow awakened that long delayed dream again.  This person ignited my desire to fulfill that dream and venture into the unknown rather than be content and stay forever into my comfort zone.

I am now into my mid-forties.  Some may think -- too-late-the-hero to pursue a dream.  But now, I say otherwise. I am confident. I can achieve, I can fulfill all the dreams I have listed.

This is only the start -- the beginning of my journey and venture into the unknown.

And I am rushing in because there are too many things to do to build the start-up foundation.  Too many things to consider to jump start a project and too many blessings to receive and eventually share to those who also want to fulfill their dreams long forgotten.

So DREAM ON and never lose track!
